The gym atmosphere is brilliant and there is so much fun in and out of the classes. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome.

It's a great gym - but not simply a gym. The coaches are friendly, positive and hard working! I love going to Mov3ment though because of all the great people, it's such a welcoming atmosphere and everyone is very supportive! It's like a big family! On top of that, the new facilities and equipment are amazing!

I have attended gyms for over 30 years and Mov3ment is by far the best one ever. Always welcoming to everyone, always encouraging, great people and a fabulous atmosphere. We have (surprisingly!) no mirrors, strange you may think but then no one can pose or flex their bulging biceps, it's quite refreshing!
